Estée Lauder online orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

- Most Standard orders are delivered within 3 -6 business days from the order's ship date.

- Most orders shipped via Express Service will be processed and shipped in 24 Hours, depending on product availability.
- Most orders shipped via Express Service are delivered next business day from the order's ship date, if delivered in a major urban area.
- Other locations in outlying areas will typically be delivered within 3 business days from order’s ship date.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- To the best of our ability all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from receipt.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in South Africa.
- NOTE: only authorised orders will be processed and shipped.
- All orders do require a signature upon delivery.
- To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our Courier Company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
- We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
- Some items sold by esteelauder.co.za require special handling as specified by National, Provincial and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations.
